Tea Ceremony
The Tea Ceremony follows a traditional ceremony of serving tea to guest, was
perfected in about middle of the 16th century.

【How to make the tea】
In the Tea Ceremony, powdered green tea called “matcha” is used.
First, a little powdered green tea in put in a tea cup.
Next, hot water is poured in and it is stirred with a tea whisk called chasen
made of bamboo. You can enjoy the Tea Ceremoney Kokura Castle Garden in Kitakyushu-city.
